The Alberta Immigration Nominee Program (AINP) is a provincial program that grants the province of Alberta the authority to recommend a qualified foreign national based on that person's particular qualifications and experience.

The AINP frequently scans the IRCC's Express Entry pool to locate applicants who might fit the requirements of one of Alberta's Express Entry immigration streams. To personally welcome people to live and work in Alberta, the AINP selects candidates from the Express Entry Pool.
