Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) manages applications for skilled worker permanent residency through an online system called Express Entry.

Through the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), provinces and territories can also invite applicants from the Express Entry pool to fill local labour market gaps.

The eligibility criteria for the express Entry are:

• Family members
• Details on a new job offer
• Skill transferability
• Nationality
